Kristine Glockler grew up in and around the real estate industry learning from the best. She became a homeowner, winning a multiple offer situation, on the west coast immediately after graduating college. Driven, personable and not settling for the status quo, Kristine is licensed in real estate in both Wisconsin and Illinois, which is very beneficial for homebuyers and sellers looking to move across the state line, or purchase a second home. Kristine is a Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), a Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), an Accredited Commercial Practitioner (ACP) and holds the Certified New Home Specialist™ designation. She was in one of the first Coldwell Banker Global Luxury Property Specialist designation classes. Kristine is also Residential Construction Certified™ (RCC).

Very tech savvy, she has also consulted for various companies throughout her career due to her marketing skills. Her first year licensed,  Kristine was recognized as a top three Rookie of the Year. Her family has built three homes, so she is well versed in the new home process. She has a master's degree in marketing from Northwestern University’s top-ranked program.
